We take an Indy baseplate, remove the Indy kingpin, drill out the baseplate from beneath to 'sub flush' press fit the Grind King custom extended nyloc nut in. We add some 'JB' weld and file the square edges of the nut to prevent it rotating. We include the hex key. This conversion allows you to either use the Grind King kingpin for a lower kingpin height (better for grinds) or a NOS (new old stock) Gullwing kingpin which is longer than the Grind King, or replace the kingpin with one of our grade 8s to any length to make it easier to use taller bushings. Choose to either supply your own baseplates, and also whether you want our 6 hole Old/New school baseplate hole pattern.
